Website Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) govern your access and use of the online software application called Admin4You (the “App”), which is owned and operated by Admin4You, LLC (“Admin4You” or “we”). By accessing and using the App, you agree to follow these Terms of Use.

2. Changes to Terms of Use

Admin4You reserves the right to change these Terms of Use in its sole discretion without advance notice. Any changes to these Terms of Use become effective on the date when the updated Terms of Use are published on the Admin4You login page. By accessing and using the App after a change in the Terms of Use, you agree to follow and be bound by the Terms of Use as amended.

3. Account and Membership Information

The App allows you to set up an account and/or subscribe to certain features or benefits, including creating a unique username and password or providing certain personal information. By joining, subscribing, or submitting information to Admin4You through the App, you expressly agree to:

• Keep your login and password information confidential;
• Ensure that any person accessing your account is aware that the account is subject to these Terms of Use;
• Supervise and be responsible for any use of your account; and
• Promptly change your login information if you believe that an unauthorized person has access to your login information.

You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for restricting access to such information and to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Admin4You reserves the right to suspend or cancel any user account for any reason in its sole and absolute discretion.

4. Electronic Communications

When you visit the App or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with Admin4You electronically. Admin4You may, in its discretion, communicate with you electronically, including but not limited to, by posting notices on websites or by responding to your e-mail. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures or other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Furthermore, by joining, subscribing, or submitting information to Admin4You through the App, you expressly grant Admin4You, its affiliate, or third-party service provider the right to communicate with you via e-mail, mail, fax or telephone.

5. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for your own personal or business purposes. You may not sell, license, publish, or distribute the Content or any materials created using the App. You agree not to do any of the following:

• Use the App to violate the legal rights (including the rights of publicity and privacy) of others or to violate the laws of any jurisdiction;
• Misrepresent an affiliation with any person or organization;
• Upload or otherwise transmit files that contain a virus or corrupted data;
• Reverse engineer or attempt to copy any portion of the App or Content.

6. AI Tools; User-Generated Output

Certain portions of the App and related or incorporated web-based applications and tools include or may include artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar tools (“AI Tools”) that generate text, images, data, or other content in response to user input (“Output”). All Outputs are generated automatically and based solely on the input and instructions you provide. Outputs are provided for general information purposes only, and may be inaccurate, misleading, biased, inappropriate, or contain hallucinations. Admin4You does not review, control, monitor, verify, edit, endorse, or approve any Outputs. Admin4You makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, legality, non-infringement, or fitness for any purpose of the Outputs. The Outputs do not constitute professional or legal advice.

As between you and Admin4You, you are solely responsible for:

• The inputs and instructions you provide to AI Tools;
• The Outputs generated by using AI Tools; and
• Any use, reliance, publication, distribution, or disclosure of such Outputs.

You acknowledge that you do not own, and will not make any claims of ownership in or to, the AI Tools or Output from the AI Tools. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for determining whether you may use, publish, or distribute any Outputs, or any derivative works created from the Outputs.

7. Modifications to the App

Admin4You reserves the right to modify in whole or in part, or temporarily or permanently discontinue the App, or any functions, features, services or content contained on or made available through the App for any reason and at any time and without prior notice to you.

8. App and Website Availability

The App is made available to users online at admin4you.com (the “Website”). We periodically schedule system downtime for maintenance and other purposes. The App, the Website, or the servers and systems on which the App and Website are hosted and made available, may be unavailable due to planned maintenance as well as unplanned system outages or circumstances outside of Admin4You’s control. Admin4You does not guarantee that the App or the Website will be available all of the time, and Admin4You shall have no liability to any user whatsoever for the resulting unavailability of the App or for any loss of data or transactions caused by planned or unplanned system outages or the delay, misdelivery, or non-delivery of information caused by such system outages.

9. Security

Admin4You uses commercially reasonable security protocols to protect the transmission of data submitted using the secure portions of the App. Before submitting any sensitive data using the App, be sure your web browser displays a secure web address beginning with “https://...” Admin4You cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat the security measures employed by Admin4You. Although we cannot guarantee that our systems are 100% secure 100% of the time, we periodically update our technology to improve the protection of customer information.

10. Ownership of the App and Content

Admin4You owns all copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and other intellectual property contained on the Website and the App (“Content”). Content includes without limitation software, text, documents, images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, trademarks, logos, and the arrangement of Content on the Website and App as a whole.

11. User Feedback; No Confidentiality

Portions of the App and the Website may allow users to submit reviews and feedback. Admin4You welcomes user comments regarding the App. However, any non-personal information you transmit to Admin4You through the Website and/or the App is not, and will not be treated as, private, confidential, or proprietary. We may make unrestricted use of any non-personal information you transmit to Admin4You through the App. If a portion of the App enables you to post a review that is intended to be public, any personal information you include in such public review will become public and Admin4You shall not be liable to you for the disclosure of any personal information you include in a review that is intended to be made public. Should you post any review on the App, you grant Admin4You and its third-party marketing and advertising partners the right to use, publish, republish, and distribute that review, or portions thereof, online, in product catalogs and other marketing and advertising materials.

12. Unsolicited Ideas

Admin4You welcomes feedback, questions and comments about its products, services and websites. As a general matter, Admin4You does not accept unsolicited ideas for products or services through the App. All communications and other materials (including, without limitation, unsolicited ideas, photographs, drawings, suggestions, or materials) you send to the App, by e-mail, or otherwise will, upon submission, become the sole and exclusive property of Admin4You and may be used by Admin4You for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to you.

13. Warranty and Liability Disclaimers

The App, AI Tools, Content, and the products and services provided on or available through the App and the Website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, with all faults. Use of the App and AI Tools is solely at your own risk. Admin4You shall not be liable to you or any third party for the App, AI Tools, Content, Output or any information and materials provided on, or available through, the App, the Website, or the AI Tools. Admin4You expressly disclaims any liability arising from or relating to any Output generated by AI Tools, including errors, omissions, hallucinations, bias, inaccuracies, or your reliance thereon.

Neither Admin4You nor any person associated with Admin4You makes any warranty or representation with respect to the quality, accuracy, output, results or availability of the App or any portion of the App, including the AI Tools. Admin4You does not warrant that the App, the Website, or any portion thereof, will be accurate, reliable, error-free or uninterrupted, free of viruses or other harmful components. Admin4You disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Admin4You or its licensors or contractors be liable for any damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, any website, its content, any services provided on or through such website or any linked site, including any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, personal injury, lost profits or damages resulting from delay, interruption in service, viruses, deletion of files or electronic communications, or errors, omissions or other inaccuracies in any website or its content, whether or not there is negligence by Admin4You and whether or not Admin4You has been advised of the possibility of any such damages.

If you have a claim against Admin4You that arises out of these Terms of Use or is otherwise related to the App, then in no event shall the aggregate liability of Admin4You to you be more than the greater of: (a) the amount you have paid Admin4You for services related to the App over the preceding twelve (12) months; or (b) $100.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Admin4You and its affiliates and subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, owners, agents, employees, affiliates, licensees and licensors, from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the App, including any content or Outputs generated by or through the use of AI Tools, in violation of any of these Terms of Use.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use, and Admin4You’s operation of the App, shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. You agree to the personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts in Cook County, Illinois. You waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.

17. Termination

Admin4You may suspend or terminate your access or use of the App if Admin4You believes you are not complying with these Terms of Use. Upon termination or suspension of your account, your right to access and use the App shall terminate immediately.
